1. Payment for all pre-orders are taken in FULL in advance.
2. We’ll email you when your order is processed for shipping, typically within 1-3 business days. If there are significant delays beyond 1 week, we’ll notify you. Otherwise, expect a shipping update via email within 1 week of your estimated shipping date.
3. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order, as changes may not be possible once it’s processed. Contact your shipping carrier for delivery issues or exceptions.
4. All orders over $150 ship free and IN-STOCK orders typically ship within 2-4 business days
5. Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery.
6. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment.
7. Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to Fission.

1.What does my ebike order include in the box?
You will receive the bike, which is 85% assembled. The package includes your favorite display, pedals, bike tools, a charger, reflectors, a manual, and battery keys. These items will arrive in a separate box.
2.What courier do you use for deliveries?
Generally use UPS or FedEx, if you have other designated carriers, you can contact us.
3.Do I need to pay for shipping?
No, we are free of shipping in the US if ordering online directly from us.
4.Can I track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to view the logistics information. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
5.Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
6.If I don’t want it after I receive it, Can I return the goods?
If you haven’t opened the package or used the ebike. you may reject the package and 8% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Fission offers a 1-year warranty on all components and the frame has a lifetime warranty. Please check the Warranty page for more info.

The mileage you can achieve depends on various factors such as the battery capacity, your weight, any additional equipment, temperature, and the type of terrain. Generally, Fission ebikes typically have a maximum range of 30-60 miles in eco pedal-assist mode on average.
10.Can the speed and power of your electric mountain bikes be customized?
Absolutely! You can easily adjust both the speed and power settings to suit your personal preference by making a simple programming change on the digital display located on the handlebars. Or you can visit a Fission store and have one of our engineers make these adjustments for you.
