At present, we can deliver orders exclusively to US(Extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii: $500).
If you receive a damaged or defective product(s) or you see discrepancies in quantity or quality between the product(s) delivered and the specification thereof in the relevant order confirmation, please take clear pictures of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 days after the receipt of the product(s). We will conduct investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you solve the problem.
In stock orders will typically ship within 5-7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped. The order will ship within 5-7 business days if the order is processed successfully.

We generally offer ground shipping as well as various expedited shipment options. The best way to determine your options and pricing is to add your items to the cart and proceed with the checkout process.
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of ordering. The product will be listed “Out of Stock” with an estimated ship date. The estimated shipping date may change based on the color or model you select. Shipping estimates may be changed and are not guarantees. You can contact us via email at any time before your order has processed for shipment to cancel your order, however cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our support team.

Once an order is submitted, our warehouse staff in most cases starts to process the order immediately which means we cannot accommodate any changes. If you have placed an order that needs to be cancelled, give us a call as soon as possible. We will do what we can to accommodate your request. If your order cannot be cancelled, check out our return policy.
