FAQ

If you need more help

Lithium-ion batteries are considered hazardous materials and must be shipped in compliance with strict federal regulations. Packaging a battery and getting the right paperwork in order takes extra time.

Packaging & certification

Before a battery even leaves our warehouse in route to you, it must go through Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) certification and approval, which takes about 2-3 business days from when you place your order.

Transit time varies based on location

Regulations require batteries be delivered using ground transportation. Transit times will vary depending on your location.

Track delivery time and status

When the battery leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from the shipping courier (e.g. FedEx). The courier’s tracking number will give you delivery updates and timelines.

Charging should be monitored, and batteries should not be left plugged into a charger.

The best way to avoid trouble on the class 1 and 2 trails is to simply to keep your speeds under 20mph at all times, this can be accomplished by lowering your pedal assist level.
